Where can our customer make the order? On our own website or on your website?

Answer: On your own website. We will help you to build a website with the online order functionalities. Besides online ordering, your website will have all the informational pages that you want to show to your customers.

What if we already have a cool website? Can we keep it and still take the online orders?

Answer: Sure. You could keep your current website design if you like it. We could convert your current website to an online order website by hooking it up with our online order engine.

We don't even have computers or Internet in our restaurant. Can we take online orders?

Answer: Yes. You do NOT need Internet access or computer in your restaurant to take the online order. The online order will be sent to your restaurant through FAX, or email, or cell phone if you can check your email on your cell phone.

How could our customers find our website?

Answer: It could be a very long answer because the website traffic is impacted by many factors, and there are many things to do to boost your online traffic. Put it in short: we provide two FREE services with our online order packages - 1. Add your website into the Google Local Business List. (By the way, it works!) 2. What is the process of setting up the online ordering?

Answer: Contact us by phone, email, or fill out the online form. We will reply your inqueries within 24 hours. Then we'll go from there.

How long would it take to set up the online ordering?

Answer: Depending on your actual situation and requirements, the time frame varies from 1 to 4 weeks. Two tips to speed up the set-up process are: 1. Give us your specifications as detail as possible, especially for the design work. 2. provide us all the required information as quickly as you can.
